FAQ’s

  • How to Join Your Class:

    1. Click on the Zoom link at the top of this page, or in your 1 hour reminder email - You can Download the Zoom App HERE for any device

    2. You’ll be placed into a waiting room and let in a couple minutes before class starts (Come a couple minutes early 🤗)

    3. Your Audio & Video are always completely optional and start in the off position

    What to Expect:

    1. 30 minutes of Centering, Stretching & Relaxing 🙏🏼

    2. Prior to class feel free turn your microphone on to say hello or ask any last minute questions you have

    3. When class starts all participant microphones will be turned off and your video is completely optional

    4. We always start laying down, so find a comfy position to relax

    5. I’ll cue poses verbally and visually so you can have your eyes closed or open to see a demonstration

    6. After class, feel free to turn your microphone on to connect or ask any questions you have 💚

    What Props to Bring to Class:

    Most poses can be done or modified without props. However, a few props can be really helpful to give you the very best experience. I use these props most often (click on the links to see what I use).

    Stretching Strap w/ Loops (I’ll cue using a strap with loops)

    Meditation Cushion, Pillows or a block to sit up on

    Blankets, and/or Bolster for comfort - to put under knees in any kneeling poses, or to sit on to elevate the hips above the knees in seated poses

    Blocks - Can be great to support the head while laying down, or get deeper into kneeling stretches

    Yoga Mat or surface soft enough to kneel on.

  • Stretch & Relax is for anyone who has a need to be feel more centered, more flexible or has a desire to tune in and create a deeper connection to their body and mind.

    Stretch & Relax is also great for Beginners, people who want a Gentler form of Yoga and those who have limitations.

    4. Receive an instant confirmation via email with your Zoom link to class and reminder email 15 minutes prior to class

  • What Props to Bring to Class:

  • Camera’s are optional. When you join your camera will be off so feel free to turn it on before to say hello, during, after or not at all. Whatever you are comfortable with.

    Of course I love to see you and if your camera is on, it gives me the ability to offer more tailored cues for a pose, but do what is comfortable for you.

  • Participant microphones will start off when you enter the class, but feel free to turn your microphone on to say hello or ask any last minute questions.

    When the class starts participant microphones will be turned off for the duration of the class.

    After class you will have the option to turn your microphone on to connect or for any questions, comments etc.

  • Classes are $15 for a Single Class or Click Here to Save $ on Memberships. Memberships are the lowest cost at starting at $39/Month.

  • For a Single Class Package:

    We love seeing you and you can reschedule or cancel any class with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full payment for the reserved session.

    Classes that have been cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled for up to 90 days of the original purchase.

    To Cancel an appointment go to your original confirmation email and click on “Change or Cancel Appointment” Near the bottom of the screen.

    For Memberships:

    Memberships can be cancelled anytime.

    While there are no refunds for months that are already in progress, as long as you cancel prior to your next billing date you will not be charged any future membership charges.

    To Cancel a Membership:

    1. Near the top of your original “Product Order” confirmation email for your Membership - Click on the highlighted link that says: Change or Cancel Subscription

    2. Click on “Cancel”

  • To schedule a recurring appointment:

    1. First access the schedule here: Here

    2. Set your time zone

    3. Pick the time and date of the class you want to take and press “Continue”

    4. Click on the option to set a recurring appointment

    5. Pick the number of times you would like the class to recur and press continue

    6. Proceed with scheduling your appointment as normal

  • To Change a Credit Card

    1. Near the top of your original “Product Order” confirmation email for your Membership - Click on the highlighted link that says: Change or Cancel Subscription

    2. Click on “Change Card” and input your new card

  • Creating a client account with the App allows you to:

    1. See upcoming and past appointments

    2. See any active package, gift certificate, or subscription codes and what they can be used for.

    3. Access your Client Scheduling Page to reschedule or cancel existing appointments.

    4. Save Heart Center Wellness for easy booking

    5. Skip re-inputting your basic info and forms

    How Do I Download the App and Create an Account?

    1. Download the Acuity Scheduling Client App Click Here for Apple Download or Here for Google Download OR scan the QR Code from your confirmation page

    2. To add Heart Center Wellness - In the App click the + Sign and enter our Scheduling URL: https://Heartcenterschedule.as.me/ OR scan the QR Code from your confirmation email

    3. Once the business is added we will be saved to your app and you can Schedule Away!

    To Create a Login on the App

    1. Click on the icon in bottom right corner of the app that looks like the shape of a person

    2. Click “Create an Account” add an email and password and Sign Up!

    To Create an Account from a Web Browser

    *You must schedule your first appointment before creating a login

    1. Schedule an appointment

    2. From the On Screen Confirmation Page (near the bottom) click on “Register for an Account”

    3. Add a username and password and sign up.

    4. You can use your login from the app OR Click Login on the top right corner of the scheduling page on a web browser.
