To Schedule an Individual Class

1. Scroll down to access the class schedule below

2. Set your Time Zone

3. Pick the date and time of the class you want to join:

   A. To Schedule One Class - Select “Continue”

   B. To schedule multiple classes - Select “Add Another Time”

4. Agree to Waiver

5. If you are purchasing a single class Click on “Pay Now” and input your payment information

   OR

   If you have already purchased a Package - Click on “Redeem Coupon” and insert your unique scheduling code or email.

6. Receive an instant confirmation on screen and via email with your Zoom link, Class Details and Calendar Invite!

5. Agree to Waiver

6. Click “Redeem Coupon or Package” and insert the unique scheduling code you were sent via email or the email you used to purchase the package

7. Receive an instant confirmation on screen and via email with your Zoom link, Class Details and Calendar Invite!
