When I was 19, my father had a massive heart attack at just 53 years old—the same age my grandmother was when she passed from heart failure. That moment changed everything and became the reason I’ve dedicated my life to helping adults 50+ live longer, healthier, and more purposeful lives.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and deep experience in functional movement and rehabilitation, I’ve helped hundreds of older adults regain strength, mobility, and confidence—often surpassing what they thought was possible.
