I design a program based on where you are now, with modifications that work for you. Depending on your goals, I can also incorporate strength-building techniques beyond yoga, drawing from my expertise in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

3. Private 1:1 Sessions
We meet virtually for guided sessions focused on movement, building sustainable strength, and helping you to find balance in your mind & body. This is about real, lasting results—not quick fixes!

4. Ongoing Support
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions in real time about any movement or pose, as well as messaging support via email between sessions for personalized guidance and encouragement.

When I was 19, my father had a massive heart attack. He was 53 years old, the same age that my grandmother was when she died of heart failure. That experience shaped my passion for helping people 50+ to live healthier, longer and more purposeful lives as they age.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and extensive experience in yoga and rehabilitation, I’ve helped countless adults 50+ regain strength, confidence, and independence—often well beyond where they were in their younger years, proving that progress is possible at any age.
